The Automation Specialist, based in Mumbai and working remotely, plays a critical role in mastering automation tools to streamline the creation of localized versions of master creative assets. This specialist ensures production speed and quality by skilfully using OLIVER's automation and workflow management technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize OLIVER's automation tool for static marketing collateral and the workflow management tool, including approval, forecasting, and scheduling modules.
- Master automation and workflow systems to handle complex workflows spanning multiple regions, markets, and languages.
- Adhere to and promote the detailed automation processes within internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborate with OLIVER project managers to accurately interpret and act on briefs.
- Maintain regular communication with key client stakeholders, providing progress updates and documenting risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs).
- Guide offshore production teams on roles, responsibilities, processes, and expectations throughout the automation cycle.
- Train OLIVER and SIBG stakeholders on new and existing tools and processes, highlighting efficiency improvements.
- Partner with design teams to uphold brand and creative standards while expediting delivery through automation.
- Understand design fundamentals and work closely with designers, including briefing and quality assurance checks to ensure error-free creative outputs.
- Use data insights to analyze performance and recommend enhancements for faster, more effective production.
- Ensure accurate integration of translations in line with processes to preserve consistency during localization.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, ideally in roles such as Digital Designer or Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies with proven hands-on experience.
- Familiarity with workflow management software covering approval, forecasting, resourcing, and scheduling functionalities.
- Experienced managing complex workflows across several countries, markets, and languages.
- Analytical mindset dedicated to identifying and implementing performance improvements.
- Basic knowledge of design principles and ability to collaborate with designers using tools such as InDesign.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality and error-free creative materials.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience interpreting and questioning briefs effectively.
- Strong commitment to achieving project objectives and deadlines.
- Ability to work flexibly across global teams including occasional out-of-hours video meetings; flexibility in work hours is provided.
- Inquisitive and passionate about AI and emerging technologies; knowledge of AI tools is a plus, with an eagerness to learn.
