Role Overview
The Organisation Development team at Temasek plays a strategic role in building an effective, adaptable, and future-ready organisation. This position works closely with leadership to influence enterprise priorities, promote culture, and drive transformation using innovative methods including AI-enabled approaches. It offers a platform for experienced OD professionals to make significant strategic and practical contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of organisational and functional areas to identify performance gaps and areas for development.
- Analyse data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights that improve organisational efficiency and team outcomes.
- Develop and implement structured change management practices supporting leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and capability building to enable smooth transitions.
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to sustain momentum on transformation projects and priority initiatives.
- Support culture and employee engagement programs that reinforce core values and enhance organisational health.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to align priorities, identify risks, and ensure quality execution across multiple workstreams.
- Provide dependable organisational development support through ongoing initiatives and during a maternity cover period.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in organisational development, effectiveness, change management, or internal consulting.
- Expertise in using AI tools to enhance strategic thinking, generate insights, and improve execution of OD strategies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders with credibility.
- Proven track record managing complex change initiatives within matrixed organisational settings.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, swiftly adapting to dynamic priorities.

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Singapore. The role involves handling multiple concurrent projects with a keen eye for detail and quality. Candidates should be prepared to contribute immediately and maintain continuity in organisational development efforts during the maternity cover period.
