Role Overview

The Organisation Development team at Temasek plays a strategic role in building an effective, adaptable, and future-ready organisation. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of organisational and functional areas to identify performance gaps and areas for development.

  • Develop and implement structured change management practices supporting leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and capability building to enable smooth transitions.
  • Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to sustain momentum on transformation projects and priority initiatives.
  • Support culture and employee engagement programs that reinforce core values and enhance organisational health.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to align priorities, identify risks, and ensure quality execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Provide dependable organisational development support through ongoing initiatives and during a maternity cover period.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in organisational development, effectiveness, change management, or internal consulting.
  • Expertise in using AI tools to enhance strategic thinking, generate insights, and improve execution of OD strategies.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders with credibility.
  • Proven track record managing complex change initiatives within matrixed organisational settings.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, swiftly adapting to dynamic priorities.
