Role Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager ready to take initiative, lead effectively, and contribute to sales growth. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals eager to develop leadership skills or embark on a career in the automotive retail sector. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help manage daily store functions, drive sales, and nurture a motivated, customer-centered team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, positive, and efficiently run store environment.
• Promote products, execute upselling, and achieve sales targets to drive store revenue.
• Provide expert guidance to customers regarding automotive parts and accessories.
• Coach, motivate, and develop sales team members on the floor.
• Assist in managing inventory, including stock control and handling deliveries.
• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operational leadership.
• Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in retail leadership or assistant management roles.
• Strong customer service aptitude with a track record of meeting sales goals and KPIs.
• Capability to coach and inspire team members effectively.
• Experience handling inventory and store operations.
• Background in retail is essential; automotive industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A proactive, hands-on approach coupled with eagerness to continuously learn and grow.
