Role overview
This full-time restaurant leadership role is with Domino’s and Team Honey Badger, a rapidly expanding franchise network operating 148 stores across 10 states since 1985. The position is intended for someone eager to build a management career in a fast-paced pizza business. Training is provided, including support for learning pizza preparation and restaurant leadership fundamentals.
What the role involves
- Partner with the Store Manager to run day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Coach, guide, and encourage team members to perform at their best.
- Make sure customers receive consistently strong service on every shift.
- Protect standards for product quality, order speed, and accuracy.
- Take charge of staffing schedules, labor oversight, and inventory control.
- Help recruit, train, and develop employees.
- Manage banking tasks, cash procedures, and store profitability.
- Contribute to local marketing efforts that help increase sales.
Compensation and benefits
The pay rate is $18 per hour, with room for growth and bonus opportunities. Team members in this role receive a flexible schedule of 32–40 hours per week, plus a path toward full management. The package also includes paid training, paid time off, employee discounts, 401(k), 401(k) matching, health insurance, vision insurance, and dental insurance.
Candidate profile
Ideal candidates bring strong customer service and interpersonal abilities, comfort working in a busy environment, and the confidence to set an example for others while delegating tasks effectively. Good judgment, problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability are important, along with solid math and organization skills. Weekend availability and flexibility to open and close shifts are required.
