Role overview

This full-time restaurant leadership role is with Domino’s and Team Honey Badger, a rapidly expanding franchise network operating 148 stores across 10 states since 1985. The position is intended for someone eager to build a management career in a fast-paced pizza business. Training is provided, including support for learning pizza preparation and restaurant leadership fundamentals.

What the role involves

• Partner with the Store Manager to run day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Coach, guide, and encourage team members to perform at their best.
• Make sure customers receive consistently strong service on every shift.
• Protect standards for product quality, order speed, and accuracy.
• Take charge of staffing schedules, labor oversight, and inventory control.
• Help recruit, train, and develop employees.
• Manage banking tasks, cash procedures, and store profitability.
• Contribute to local marketing efforts that help increase sales.

Compensation and benefits

The pay rate is $18 per hour, with room for growth and bonus opportunities. Team members in this role receive a flexible schedule of 32–40 hours per week, plus a path toward full management. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service and interpersonal abilities, comfort working in a busy environment, and the confidence to set an example for others while delegating tasks effectively. Weekend availability and flexibility to open and close shifts are required.
