Role Summary

The position of Assistant Manager - Technology is situated at AISATS Noida Cargo Terminal Private Limited (ANCTPL), a fully-owned subsidiary. This role involves managing technological infrastructure and support to enhance operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain servers, network documentation, and standard operating procedures to sustain peak network performance and availability.
  • Administer installation and upkeep of diverse software and hardware components within a networked environment.
  • Conduct routine backups of server and database data, plan efficient data storage strategies, and manage network and server tools while utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques for operating system issues.
  • Resolve challenges related to server administration, application conflicts, and system bugs.
