Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main operational contact for the 3PL fulfilment centre team.
  • Track compliance with service levels across inbound, outbound, dispatch, and returns processes.
  • Review daily performance, identify issues early, and push for operational improvements.
  • Hold routine daily and weekly reviews with the 3PL partner to monitor progress and close action items.
  • Resolve operational delays, process blockers, and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Measure performance against key KPIs such as order fulfilment turnaround time, pick-and-pack output, and return processing speed.
  • Spot performance gaps and implement corrective measures to achieve targets.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy between the warehouse management system and actual stock.

  • Manage the full returns workflow, including quality inspection and final disposition such as re-stock, liquidation, or return to vendor.
  • Ensure quality checks cover size, colour, damage, usage, and other relevant conditions.
  • Work with planning, transport, finance, and technology teams to keep operations aligned.
  • Coordinate on demand forecasts, peak readiness, and capacity planning with business stakeholders.
  • Assist with cross-border movements and related documentation, including shipments between KSA and UAE.
  • Monitor cost per unit and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Control extra operational costs such as storage, labour, pallets, and freight.
  • Support automation, productivity, and process-improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to warehouse migrations, ramp-ups, and new fulfilment centre launches.
  • Help implement SOPs, standardise processes, and ensure adherence to safety and audit requirements.
  • Perform regular audits to confirm quality and process compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse or 3PL operations.
  • Hands-on experience in managing vendors and external logistics partners.
  • Prior exposure to warehouse management systems; experience with Increff is preferred.
  • Background in returns handling, quality control, and liquidation workflows.
  • Experience supporting warehouse relocation, migration, or scale-up projects.
  • Knowledge of cross-border logistics and shipping documentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
