Description de l'emploi
About the Role
WW+P is an award-winning architecture and urban design studio within Egis Group, with teams based in London, Manchester, Melbourne, Sydney, Toronto and other locations. The practice delivers large-scale, city-shaping work where infrastructure, public realm and community meet, with projects such as Melbourne Metro, Cross River Rail, Elizabeth Line stations and Suburban Rail Loop.
The Melbourne studio is expanding and is seeking an Architect to contribute to one of Victoria’s most important transport infrastructure programmes.
What You’ll Do
This position is strongly design-focused and sits at the centre of major station architecture. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, starting with early concepts and stakeholder discussions, then moving into technical design, documentation and on-site delivery. Your work will help shape buildings and public spaces that will serve large numbers of people for decades.
You will work closely with architects, urban designers, engineers and clients in a genuinely multidisciplinary setting. The role calls for someone who can contribute ideas, question briefs where needed, and help turn design intent into outcomes that are both practical and visually strong. It also offers room to take ownership, sharpen your design approach and progress into more senior responsibilities as the programme develops.
The projects are complex, highly visible and closely tied to the city, and you will be collaborating with experienced transport architects from Australia and around the world.
About the Studio
Established in 1985, WestonWilliamson+Partners has grown into a team of more than 250 architects, urban designers and planners across nine studios worldwide. The practice is known for delivering major transport and infrastructure projects and for maintaining a collaborative, inquisitive and quality-driven culture.
WW+P is part of Egis Group, a global consulting, construction engineering and operating services company active in more than 100 countries with over 20,000 employees.
Diversity and Inclusion
The studio is committed to building a team that reflects the communities it designs for and welcomes applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.
