Role Overview
Egis is seeking graduates who are motivated by innovation, sustainability, and problem-solving to join its Wellington team. This two-year Graduate Program is designed to support the early development of a consulting career.
The program offers opportunities across a range of sectors and work settings for graduates with backgrounds in Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery
- Prepare, update, and manage technical documents, reports, and drawings
- Help ensure work aligns with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Collect and interpret data to inform engineering decisions and project results
- Support Senior Engineers with planning, design, and execution activities
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is a recent engineering graduate with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in solving complex challenges. Applicants must be ready to begin in February 2027 and must have the appropriate right to live and work full-time in New Zealand.
