Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Analyst for the Client Success Team specializing in relationship management. The role involves overseeing the entire client onboarding workflow and delivering professional, timely, and precise service to both clients and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a member of a global team focusing on Capital Markets onboarding requests from North American clients and sales desks.
  • Coordinate client lifecycle requests for new and existing clients across multiple functional groups including KYC, AML, Legal, Operations, IT, Credit, Documentation, and Risk to ensure seamless client and sales experiences.
  • Update and maintain onboarding status reports to keep business stakeholders informed, escalating issues to meet client deadlines and expectations.
  • Detect and escalate operational control incidents, supporting the resolution of operational deficiencies, unauthorized trading, and risk loss events.
  • Ensure adherence to banking policies related to onboarding including KYC, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide additional business support such as involvement in strategic or regulatory projects, policy and procedure documentation, and reporting as assigned by management.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and automate workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in onboarding or related fields such as KYC, operations, regulations, or credit risk preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Capital Markets products including FX, Cash and Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, Futures, Commodities, and Rates Derivatives.
  • Familiarity with the fund management industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like macros and lookups; experience with CRM or onboarding platforms is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated team player with strong organizational and time-management abilities capable of prioritizing tasks within a fast-paced trading environment.
  • Strong accountability for client experience and managing end-to-end onboarding processes.
  • Capability to navigate complex institutional structures involving multiple teams and individuals.
