Program Overview
Amazon invites experienced military and police personnel to join the Career Change Program (ACCP), starting in early November 2026 in Munich. This initiative offers a unique opportunity to transition your leadership, discipline, and operational expertise into a corporate role within Amazon's Consumer business.
Program Details
- The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract beginning in November 2026.
- Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available for this program.
- Applications close on July 13.
- Must be able to work onsite in Munich 5 days a week, with occasional remote work permitted as exceptions.
Who Should Apply?
- Ex-military or police professionals with at least 4 years of service after initial training, who have left their roles within the past 12 months or have been in full-time education or out of the workforce since leaving.
- Individuals authorized to work in Germany without visa sponsorship.
About the Role
Participants will join as individual contributors in areas including Account, Vendor, Business Development, Product, or Program Management within Amazon Consumer. The program provides structured onboarding, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of military or police experience after training.
- Left service no earlier than 12 months before the program start or engaged in full-time education/out of workforce.
- Eligible to work in Germany without visa sponsorship.
- Strong verbal and written English skills (C1 level or higher).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Capability to handle ambiguity and lead change.
- Strategic and tactical thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
