Role overview

You will join the East Zone team as an Administrative Executive, supporting day-to-day car park administration and customer service operations.

Key duties

  • Supervise enforcement-related work to support fair and proper use of car parks, including directing service providers on how to respond to illegal parking.
  • Review appeals against Parking Offence Notices and make balanced, case-by-case decisions.
  • Work closely with Car Park Managers and Supervisors on feedback and requests for extra facilities, while considering the needs of different users.
  • Handle a broad mix of feedback and service requests to keep car park operations running smoothly.
  • Support assessment of service provider performance and help uphold service standards, including the application of liquidated damages where performance falls short.
  • Keep car park information updated in the system, carry out data collation and management, and assist managers with analysis to support data-led decisions.
  • Manage costing for car park-related works.
  • Take on other assigned duties as operational requirements change, which may include redeployment to other customer-facing areas such as enquiries related to housing management and season parking.
