Role Overview

This position supports core receivables and accounting operations for a company based in Kolkata. The role focuses on tracking customer payments, maintaining accurate sales records, and assisting with reconciliation work across customer, vendor, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor accounts receivable and carry out regular follow-ups for outstanding collections.
Support sales accounting activities, including invoice preparation and revenue monitoring.
Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers to keep account balances accurate and up to date.
Handle accounting tasks related to e-commerce operations, such as marketplace reconciliation, settlement tracking with payment gateways, and order-to-cash processing.

This is a full-time, onsite role located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
