Role Overview
This position supports core receivables and accounting operations for a company based in Kolkata. The role focuses on tracking customer payments, maintaining accurate sales records, and assisting with reconciliation work across customer, vendor, and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor accounts receivable and carry out regular follow-ups for outstanding collections.
- Support sales accounting activities, including invoice preparation and revenue monitoring.
- Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers to keep account balances accurate and up to date.
- Handle accounting tasks related to e-commerce operations, such as marketplace reconciliation, settlement tracking with payment gateways, and order-to-cash processing.
