About the Role
Eklavya Centre Of Excellence Private Limited is seeking motivated and committed Academic Counsellors to enhance its team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and adept at guiding students towards optimal career paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with students to understand their academic interests and career ambitions.
- Inform potential students about the organization’s online courses and educational offerings.
- Assist students in choosing courses that align with their backgrounds and aspirations.
- Manage follow-ups with prospective students, addressing their inquiries with professionalism.
- Foster and sustain positive relations with both students and their guardians.
- Keep detailed records of student communications and enrollment processes.
- Meet counseling and enrollment objectives while maintaining excellent student service quality.
Required Skills
- Strong communication abilities, both spoken and written.
- Comprehensive academic knowledge with skill to clearly present educational programs.
- Effective interpersonal and counseling techniques.
- Basic proficiency in computers, including MS Office, email, and web navigation.
- A positive outlook, confidence, and eagerness to learn.
- Capability to perform well in a target-driven setting.
Candidate Eligibility
Graduates in any field are preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in academic advising, admissions, or educational sales will be advantageous.
