Role Overview
This graduate analyst role offers a dynamic entry into the professional world, allowing you to join alongside fellow recent graduates. Starting in February, you will benefit from a robust induction week, including pairing with a mentor and buddy, and engaging with nearly 200 other new colleagues. The role offers hands-on experience working in collaborative, agile teams delivering innovative AI and data-driven strategies and solutions for clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on diverse projects modernizing clients' platforms, technology, and data capabilities to meet contemporary standards.
- Support the creation of AI and analytics strategies tailored to client needs.
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud platforms and AI-driven data solutions.
- Perform data modeling, analysis, and derive actionable insights to guide client decisions.
- Advise clients on enhancing data management and governance practices.
- Engage with multiple specializations including AI strategy, data modernization, intelligent automation, generative AI, and more, adapting to varied client demands.
Candidate Profile
- Currently in the penultimate year of a degree in STEM, Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related data field.
- Exhibit enthusiasm for cloud technologies, data analytics, AI solutions, and strategic problem-solving.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret and use data for analysis.
- Demonstrate resilience and comfort tackling ambiguous challenges.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Thrives in collaborative team environments, embracing adaptability and continuous growth.
