Role Overview
We are currently recruiting experienced professionals for the role of Voice Process Executive in our international customer support and technical support teams. The role involves managing voice-based communications primarily via international voice channels including UK and US processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear and effective voice-based support to international customers, addressing technical and service-related inquiries.
- Deliver quality customer service while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Engage in voice assessment and interviews as part of the recruitment process.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum experience of six months in a related voice process role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Willingness to join immediately or by July.
- Graduation is not a mandatory qualification for this position.
Work Details and Terms
- Work location: Sutherland, A1 Block, Ground floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai (opposite Perungalathur Railway Station).
- Work schedule: Five-day work week with rotational shifts, mainly comprising night shifts.
- Salary range: Annual CTC between 200000 to 375000 INR, dependent on candidate experience.
- Two-way cab service provided within a 25 km radius of the office, adjusted per shift timing.
Selection Process
- Initial HR interview through walk-in.
- Technical panel interview (Service Delivery Panel).
- Voice assessment.
