Transaction Coordinator

Role overview

CS Outsource is hiring a proactive, detail-focused STR Transaction Coordinator to manage real estate deals from initial lead through final closing. The position centers on short-term rental property transactions sourced mainly from Zillow and similar online lead channels, with responsibility for keeping each stage of the deal moving smoothly.

Core responsibilities

• Oversee short-term rental real estate transactions from lead generation through closing.
• Support the preparation, review, and administration of purchase agreements and related legal documents.
• Track and manage leads coming from Zillow, following up promptly to support conversion.
• Serve as the main communication link for co-broking agents, buyers, sellers, and outside vendors such as lenders, title companies, and inspectors.
• Arrange and monitor home inspections, appraisals, and other due diligence tasks.
• Make sure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines.
• Keep transaction files well organized and maintain CRM records on an ongoing basis.
• Watch deadlines, contingencies, and closing milestones to keep deals on schedule.

Requirements

• Prior experience coordinating real estate transactions, with short-term rental experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of contracts, real estate paperwork, and the closing process.
• Experience using Zillow or comparable online lead-generation platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage many stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with strict deadlines.

Preferred profile

• Background in Airbnb or other short-term rental real estate markets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and transaction management systems.
• Understanding of US real estate procedures and terminology.

Working schedule

This is a full-time role, and preference is given to candidates available during US time zones.
