Key Responsibilities

• Identify and locate faults within telecommunications devices and initiate repairs or replacements as necessary
• Perform inspections and tests to verify the proper functioning of telecom equipment
• Accurately document all testing and service activities by maintaining detailed reports
• Analyze and determine the root cause and precise location of equipment issues
• Assign appropriate repair staff to resolve identified problems promptly
• Utilize computerized testing platforms to evaluate service quality on customer lines and devices
• Interpret technical blueprints accurately to facilitate troubleshooting and repairs

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary (high) school education
• Experience ranging from 12 to 24 months in a relevant telecommunications role
