About the Role

As a Team Member based in Lismore Airport, you'll contribute to maintaining high store standards through effective merchandising, inventory oversight, and cash handling accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Assist the Store Manager by supporting daily retail operations with your experience.
- Collaborate in a team setting to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.
- Maintain attention to detail, upholding safety standards and operational accuracy.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working across weekends and overnight shifts as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in retail or customer service environments is favorable.
- Proficient operation of point-of-sale systems and precise cash handling abilities.
- Strong communication and cooperative teamwork skills.
- Willingness and availability to work a 7-day roster including overnights and weekends.
