Core Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in assessment and qualifications to guide the team effectively.
• Drive the team to surpass revenue targets for school qualifications, including personal sales goals.
• Monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics, pipeline development, and market trends to inform senior leadership.
• Coordinate efforts with training, marketing, and product teams to align regional initiatives with growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders such as school groups and ministries to enhance opportunities and brand presence.
• Lead, coach, and manage direct reports by setting clear objectives, offering constructive feedback, and cultivating a positive, high-performing team environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in assessment, with a preference for UK qualifications.
• Demonstrated success in managing sales teams within education or related industries.
• Proven track record of surpassing revenue targets and fostering strong client relationships.
• Skilled in pipeline management, performance reporting, and collaborative cross-functional work.
• Established people management capabilities.
