About the Role
Google is passionate about revolutionizing education and research by harnessing artificial intelligence technologies. The Gemini model suite marks a significant advancement in this area, providing novel opportunities for students, teachers, and researchers globally. The Education Unit's Global Impact team has successfully enabled over 140 million learners and educators to effectively utilize Google educational products such as Gemini, Google Workspace for Education, and Chromebooks. We seek a program manager to craft innovative training content aimed at student populations during this transformative period.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the strategic planning and execution of novel education product training initiatives designed for both K-12 and higher education students.
- Develop and continually improve train-the-trainer resources and curricula that equip educators to deliver impactful student training materials.
- Conduct in-depth research on students' learning preferences, technology accessibility, and content interests to shape content formats, gamification strategies, delivery platforms, and curricular topics.
- Collaborate with established curriculum partners and cross-functional teams to produce quality educational content that advances student academic outcomes and workforce readiness, and identify scalable training approaches.
- Manage and sustain student certification programs within the learning center platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in program or project management roles.
- At least 3 years experience managing educational content programs, instructional design, curriculum development, or training certification design.
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to educational delivery.
- Preferred: Certification in program management or experience in a tech company environment.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional or cross-departmental projects for 3 years.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Experience producing student-centered training content including interactive curricula and video learning modules.
- Strong ability to conduct research, interpret data, and apply findings to shape content strategy.

Compensation
The compensation package includes a salary range of $111,000 to $160,000 USD annually, with a 15% bonus target, equity options, and benefits tailored individually based on skills, experience, and educational qualifications.
