Role Summary

The Spa Attendant is responsible for keeping the spa environment spotless, orderly, and guest-ready while supporting visitors and the spa team to deliver a calm, high-end wellness experience. The role is central to maintaining strong hygiene standards and a polished guest experience.

Key Duties

• Keep treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing spaces clean, tidy, and adequately stocked.
• Welcome guests and provide items such as towels, robes, and other spa necessities.
• Set up treatment rooms before services begin and restore them afterward.
• Refill essentials including towels, linens, and toiletries.
• Support the spa atmosphere by helping maintain appropriate lighting, music, and presentation.
• Assist therapists and other members of the spa team whenever needed.
• Respond quickly to guest needs and service requests.
• Observe all applicable health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Prior work as a spa attendant or in a comparable hospitality position is an advantage.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and accuracy is important for this role.
• Good customer service ability and clear communication skills are needed.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is expected.
• Basic familiarity with spa facilities and services is preferred.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Lusail, Qatar.
