Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will shape and enhance Spritz's online presence. This role involves transforming daily content into loyal client engagement and driving brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily social media accounts including developing and executing content calendars and handling community interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the Content Creator to ensure a consistent and strategic content flow.
- Engage proactively with direct messages and comments to encourage bookings, rather than merely responding.
- Analyze content performance regularly and refine social media strategies accordingly.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience managing social media for brands, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Deep understanding of utilizing Instagram Stories as an effective conversion tool, beyond simple posting frequency.
- Strong confidence in managing and successfully closing customer conversations via direct messages.
- Ability to create and align content and captions with specific objectives such as increasing sales, engagement, or visibility.
