Role Overview
The ServiceNow TPRM Developer position entails playing a crucial role in building and supporting ServiceNow applications including ITSM, IRM, TPRM, and various integrations. The role is based in Bangalore with work hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and thoroughly test enhancements within the ServiceNow platform.
- Customize software elements such as screen layouts, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Manage setups, data imports, scripting, third-party integrations, and custom application development on ServiceNow.
- Collaborate closely with teams to ensure quality implementation of ServiceNow modules.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, Integration, IRM, and TPRM development.
- Proficient in developing Service Catalogs, Portals, Reports, and Dashboards within ServiceNow.
- Understanding and practical knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Automated Test Framework (ATF) creation and maintenance.
- Demonstrated capabilities across various ServiceNow development and integration tasks.
Additional Information
This role requires 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Interested candidates who are graduates are eligible to apply. The position is located in Bangalore, India.
