Responsibilities

  • Support site operations teams daily, addressing performance and workflow inquiries promptly.
  • Resolve escalated issues by providing effective solutions in collaboration with operations teams.
  • Conduct site visits to assist with deployments, evaluate operational readiness, perform equipment assessments, and carry out audits.
  • Contribute to preventive maintenance activities, manage change request deployments, and maintain asset identification.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with automated and robotic equipment to reduce downtime effectively.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by managing Automation Vendor Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Participate in service review meetings with vendors, operations, and internal stakeholders to monitor performance and action items.
  • Exemplify a proactive, solution-oriented approach and show dedication to achieving successful results.
  • Perform manual handling tasks safely during equipment setup, relocation, or on-site technical operations.

Requirements
