Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Consultant specialized in HR Strategy & Operations to support organizations in strategically realigning and future-proofing their HR functions. Our team empowers HR through comprehensive strategy and process consulting, deep technology expertise, and targeted use of artificial intelligence.
The role is located in various major cities including Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, München, and Stuttgart.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on strategic challenges related to innovative and efficient HR target operating models.
- Support clients through change management initiatives by integrating global HR and HR technology trends.
- Design and lead workshops and client meetings, develop impactful presentations for senior management, and assist organizations in making strategic decisions about their HR function's future.
- Create data-driven solutions using qualitative and quantitative analysis, conduct client and expert interviews, employ modern data strategies, and utilize AI agents.
- Lead initial project segments and assume responsibility by mentoring junior colleagues and sharing knowledge and experiences.
- Participate actively in preparing sales presentations, marketing materials, and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum two years professional experience in consulting roles aligned with the described tasks and a successfully completed university degree.
- Strong subject matter expertise in HR strategy development, HR process design, HR operating models, and HR organizational and service delivery structures.
- Excellent analytical and interpretative skills, presentation and moderation abilities, responsibility, and strong team spirit.
- Proficiency in project management, client engagement, entrepreneurial mindset, and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
