About the Role
Join Stellar Homes in Bengaluru as a Sales & Marketing Executive where you will actively engage in generating property sales through various client interactions and relationship-building activities. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting properties, and managing sales from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads by making calls, seeking referrals, and conducting site visits.
- Understand client requirements and suggest relevant property options.
- Deliver property presentations and guide clients on-site visits.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until deals are finalized.
- Negotiate prices and payment conditions efficiently.
- Meet established monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Keep detailed customer records using CRM systems.
- Liaise with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth documentation procedures.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to foster referrals.
Additional Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies to meet revenue objectives.
- Lead, develop, and encourage the sales team.
- Track sales results and key performance indicators regularly.
- Review daily sales reports and manage the sales pipeline.
- Assign leads and sales territories to team members.
- Manage interactions with important clients during negotiations.
Compensation
