Role Overview

We seek a highly analytical, business-focused Regional HR Business Partner who transcends transactional HR duties to become a strategic advisor to the business. This role demands proficiency in diagnosing business and workforce challenges and uncovering their underlying causes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Regional Heads and business leaders to ensure alignment of human resource strategies with core business priorities.
