About the Role

Currie & Brown is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join their Brisbane team. This position focuses on overseeing defence-related projects, ensuring successful completion while meeting stringent military standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct full lifecycle management of defence infrastructure, construction, and engineering initiatives.
• Create and oversee project timelines, budgets, and plans.
• Facilitate collaboration with clients, contractors, consultants, and government bodies.
• Maintain strict adherence to defence policies, security protocols, and health and safety standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage procurement activities, including tendering and contract management.
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders regularly.
• Conduct project meetings to ensure clear communication between all involved parties.
• Handle contract variations, claims, and amendments.
• Guarantee quality assurance and compliance with all project design specifications.
