About the Role
93 Property Management Services Limited is looking for a proactive and responsible Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of an apartment. The role involves attracting and managing clients, handling bookings and occupancy, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the property, attending to guest needs, and supporting smooth apartment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential clients effectively.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, arrange property viewings, and follow up with interested prospects.
- Oversee bookings, check-in and check-out procedures, and monitor room availability and occupancy.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of rooms and shared spaces.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to uphold property standards.
- Address guests' questions, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Keep detailed records of bookings, guest information, occupancy, and other property activities.
- Track rental payments and escalate overdue accounts to management as necessary.
- Generate routine reports about property operations and occupancy status.
- Ensure adherence to property rules, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Carry out other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, Hospitality Management, Property Management, or related fields.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in property management, hospitality, facility management, sales, or a similar domain.
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-let operations is considered advantageous.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic administrative software.
