Job Overview
We are seeking a Product Support Engineer to join our team, located in Noida, India. The role focuses on delivering technical support and collaborating across departments to enhance our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Work jointly with multiple internal teams to drive product enhancements and resolve issues.
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels promptly.
- Deliver technical support adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Create and maintain documentation of solutions for use in the company's knowledge base.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in any field of specialization.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Compensation
