  • Enter new loan information into the loan origination system so files can move through initial submission properly.
  • Keep borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, realtors, and builders updated throughout the loan process and support them as needed.

  • Register loans and secure FHA and VA ID numbers when needed.
  • Order credit reports and private mortgage insurance through approved vendors when required for loan approval.
  • Request, review, and approve appraisal-related documents from company-approved appraisers according to company, investor, and product guidelines.
  • Prepare approved loans for closing by gathering all documents needed to satisfy underwriting conditions and clear required certifications.
  • Notify the closing team of loans scheduled to close and provide the file at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Deliver a complete closing package to the Closing Department so the approved credit file contains the required information.
  • Complete all mandatory company training within the assigned timeframes.
