Position Overview
For a construction role in Germany, the company is looking for a full-time site foreperson who will support project and construction management, coordinate on-site activities, and help ensure smooth execution and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the project lead and construction manager with daily operational tasks.
- Prepare acceptance records and progress reports in line with contractual requirements, technical documents, schedules, and execution drawings.
- Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to keep site operations aligned.
- Create measurement and quantity documentation needed for subcontractor billing.
- Monitor and oversee subcontractor activities on site.
- Maintain clear and uninterrupted information flow between all involved parties.
Candidate Profile
- Completed technical vocational training.
- Valid Class B driving licence and willingness to travel five days per week; this is mandatory.
- Ability to read technical drawings and carry out measurements.
