Position Overview

For a construction role in Germany, the company is looking for a full-time site foreperson who will support project and construction management, coordinate on-site activities, and help ensure smooth execution and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the project lead and construction manager with daily operational tasks.
• Prepare acceptance records and progress reports in line with contractual requirements, technical documents, schedules, and execution drawings.
• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to keep site operations aligned.
• Create measurement and quantity documentation needed for subcontractor billing.
• Monitor and oversee subcontractor activities on site.
• Maintain clear and uninterrupted information flow between all involved parties.

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical vocational training.
• Valid Class B driving licence and willingness to travel five days per week; this is mandatory.
• Ability to read technical drawings and carry out measurements.
• Confident use of MS Office, including preparing simple print-ready documents.
• Practical knowledge of reinforcement, formwork, and concreting.
• Good command of English or Polish.
• Desirable: familiarity with renewable energy projects.
• Desirable: experience with foundations for wind turbines.
