Pizza Maker

Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site kitchen role based in Limassol Municipality. The person in this position will prepare dough, sauces, and toppings, build pizzas to recipe specifications or custom customer preferences, and bake them using the right ovens and kitchen equipment.

Key duties

Day to day, the role focuses on keeping product quality consistent, following safe food handling practices, and making sure ingredients and other kitchen supplies are replenished as needed. The position also includes supporting teammates, helping with general kitchen tasks, and contributing to a tidy and safe working area. From time to time, coordination with service staff and direct responses to customer special requests or taste preferences may be needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ability in food preparation and cooking, especially pizza production and routine kitchen work.
• Working knowledge of food and beverage standards, including hygiene, safe food handling, and portion control.
• Customer service skills to help create a positive dining experience and handle special requests professionally.
• Clear communication skills for teamwork and accurate instruction-following.
• Experience in a restaurant, pizzeria, or similar food service setting is an advantage.
• Comfort with flexible shifts, long periods of standing, and a busy work pace.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic awareness of health and safety rules; culinary training is helpful but not essential.
