About The Role
The Personal Business Manager role involves delivering outstanding customer experiences by comprehending and addressing the financial requirements of clients. This includes offering customized solutions spanning business banking, home loans, insurance, and investment products. Role Details
- Permanent full-time position at the Lower Hutt Branch
- Working onsite during standard business hours
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and satisfy the needs of existing and prospective customers through meaningful conversations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bank processes, products, and services to effectively and confidently support business customers
- Deliver market-leading customer service responsibly
- Collaborate with branch colleagues and other business units to understand different business segments and appropriately refer customer inquiries
- Take ownership of ‘know your customer’ obligations from a risk management perspective
- Exemplify ANZ’s core values in interactions with customers and colleagues
