Key Responsibilities
As a Payroll Executive, you will be tasked with managing the entire payroll process and various HR operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Payroll Administration
- Accurately process monthly payroll for all staff within established deadlines.
- Review and validate attendance records, timesheets, overtime, leaves, and other payroll inputs.
- Compute salaries, deductions, allowances, incentives, and end-of-service benefits meticulously.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and banking representatives concerning payroll matters.
- Generate detailed payroll reports and ensure payroll reconciliation data is accurate.
- Adhere strictly to local labor laws and internal company policies in payroll execution.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll promptly.
HR Operations
- Keep employee profiles, HR databases, and personnel files updated and organized.
- Support hiring procedures including onboarding and exit formalities with appropriate documentation and orientation.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, and other HR communications.
- Manage tracking of leaves, attendance, probation periods, and contract renewals.
- Coordinate with PRO teams for visa, labor card, and Emirates ID processing when necessary.
- Contribute to employee performance management and initiatives aimed at boosting engagement.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all HR and payroll documentation aligns with UAE labor laws and company standards.
- Prepare regular HR and payroll reports for management review.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personnel and payroll information.
- Support internal audits and compliance checks effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines is required.
- Prior experience managing payroll systems for a large workforce, including blue-collar and site-specific employees, is advantageous.
- Strong command of advanced MS Excel functionalities for data management.
