Role Overview

This full-time remote position requires a Mortgage Specialist who will guide clients throughout the entire mortgage journey — from initial consultation and pre-qualification through application, underwriting collaboration, and closing procedures. The role necessitates evaluating clients' financial backgrounds, recommending appropriate mortgage products, clearly explaining terms and conditions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage options and processes while maintaining compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Thoroughly assess customer financial profiles to recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to mortgage applications and approvals.
• Collaborate closely with realtors and internal teams to coordinate mortgage processes.
• Utilize digital platforms and CRM tools to manage client pipelines and track progress efficiently.
• Educate clients about mortgage products and procedures to enhance understanding and satisfaction.
• Engage in marketing activities and provide timely, professional service through phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, financial analysis, loan types, interest structures, and lending standards.
• Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, loan applications, and paperwork in a remote work setting.

• Proven relationship-building skills with clients and real estate professionals, along with effective collaboration in a distributed team.

• Prior experience in mortgage advising, lending, banking, or similar financial services preferred.
