Job Summary
This role focuses on driving market expansion and enhancing premium tractor sales through field-level initiatives. It involves ensuring thorough CRM usage, effective utilization of resources, and stringent budget management with zero audit discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement market development (MD) activities, tracking metrics like percentage of planned activities accomplished, number of villages reached, and farmer engagement levels.
- Assess the effectiveness and quality of these activities by monitoring inquiries generated per event, high-power (HP) inquiries, and conversion rates from these activities.
- Ensure full compliance with CRM processes, including timely activity reporting, enquiry logging, and HP status updates.
- Drive the sales of higher horsepower tractors (46-50 HP/PRIMA) by increasing their enquiry share and horsepower contribution.
- Manage resources efficiently such as demonstration tractors and personnel productivity, alongside ensuring training completion.
- Oversee budgetary controls and claims processing, ensuring timely submissions, adherence to below-the-line (BTL) budgets, and no audit observations.
