This role is a strong next step for a BDR or SDR who wants to move toward an Account Executive position. It is suited to someone eager to accelerate their sales career through strategic pipeline building, hands-on coaching, and exposure to a high-performing AI product sold to mid-sized and large businesses in Germany.
The company is a Y Combinator '25 winner, generated nearly 2M ARR in its first year, and is growing rapidly at around 500%. It is forecasting 10M ARR in 2026 and expanding its sales organization to support that scale. Its product focuses on AI-driven automation for pricing and quoting in traditional industries, with a value proposition that is easy to connect to ROI.

What you will do
- Spend the first six months learning the sales motion, including pipeline generation, product knowledge, and sector-specific insights.
- Start by generating and qualifying pipeline, then transition into an Account Executive role.
- Run deal cycles for opportunities in the 100K to 500K ARR range, typically lasting 1 to 3 months and involving 2 to 3 stakeholders.
- Work closely with the founders and the wider sales team.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture built around openness, ambition, intelligence, and energy.
Compensation and growth
- Begin in an SDR-style role with a defined move into AE after about 6 months.
- Work from a beautiful office in Munich.
- Earn a base salary of up to EUR 60K plus around EUR 40K commission, depending on relevant experience.

What you need to bring
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Residence in Munich, or willingness to relocate there.
- At least 1 year of SDR experience in B2B SaaS.
- Exposure to sales or customer conversations in traditional industries such as manufacturing, construction, or automotive.
- A bachelor's degree.
