Job Description

Provide both onsite and remote technical assistance to company users concerning hardware, software, and network issues. Perform installation, configuration, and upkeep of IT equipment including PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners. Troubleshoot operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS as well as support related applications. Set up and maintain fundamental networks like LAN, WAN, and WiFi. Assist users with email management, internal software, and other organizational tools. Keep detailed records of IT trouble tickets and ensure timely follow-up.
