Job Overview
Trigent Software is seeking candidates for an International Voice Process role in the BPO sector. This position requires excellent communication skills and prior experience in international voice support, specifically within MNC companies. Only candidates with no notice period are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat and email inquiries from international clientele.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively by offering suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes.
