About the Role
We are currently recruiting multiple openings for various positions including Customer Service Associate, Sales Executive, Collections Specialist, and Upselling & Cross-Selling Executive within an international BPO environment focused on the US market. The location for these roles is Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
Key Job Details
- Process: US International
- Shift Timings: Night shift
- Work Days: Five days per week with two rotational weekly offs
- Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹42,000 per month
- Additional Benefits: Unlimited performance-based incentives, travel allowance, and company cab facility subject to process policies
Responsibilities
- Handle customer communications across voice and blended channels
- Resolve customer issues and deliver excellent service support
- Engage in sales activities including retention, collection, upselling, and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate customer account information
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education: 12th pass or graduate
