Role Overview

We are offering a contract position as an Interim HR Administrator for a duration of 3 to 6 months. This remote role pays between £20 and £25 per hour. Key Duties

  • Assist managers and staff with goal-setting, performance evaluations, and ongoing performance activities.
  • Track goal completion rates, review deadlines, and employee engagement in performance processes.
  • Generate comprehensive HR and people analytics reports covering headcount, turnover, engagement, and broader workforce metrics.
  • Organize interview schedules, manage candidate communications, and oversee recruitment documentation.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment records.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one year experience in HR administration or related people operations.
  • Experience in fast-paced, scale-up, or high-growth remote settings.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
