About the Role

A Confidential Company located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is looking for a motivated and seasoned HR Supervisor – Generalist to guide and manage comprehensive Human Resources functions. This key role involves fostering HR initiatives, ensuring adherence to Saudi labor laws, improving employee experience, and supporting the organization's growth through proficient HR management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently and on schedule.
  • Track recruitment metrics and guarantee alignment with company recruitment policies.
  • Supervise everyday HR tasks like onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and employee exit procedures.
  • Ensure meticulous employee record maintenance and accuracy within the HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Maintain compliance with internal HR policies and governance standards.
  • Review and confirm monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, overtime, and salary revisions.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to facilitate precise and punctual payroll processing.
  • Address payroll inquiries while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage employee separations, including final settlements and End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB), according to Saudi Labor Law.
  • Ensure adherence to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations, Qiwa platform requirements, GOSI, and other statutory compliance.
  • Offer guidance to management and staff regarding labor law, employee relations, and compliance matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHRi is preferred.
  • Between four to six years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist capacity.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within HR.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving competencies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
