Overview
Udawat Engineering Company is seeking a seasoned Human Resource Executive to join our expanding manufacturing enterprise in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This critical role demands proficiency in comprehensive human resource functions tailored to the manufacturing and industrial domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes to source and onboard qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Manage employee relations and ensure smooth HR operations within the company.
- Drive performance management initiatives to optimize employee productivity.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and statutory regulations relevant to the industry.
- Foster employee engagement and develop retention programs to maintain a motivated workforce.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with backgrounds in Manufacturing, Engineering, or the Industrial Sector will be given preference.
