Job Overview
Chandan Industries is looking to hire a Human Resource Executive based in Farukh Nagar, Loni, Ghaziabad, within the Delhi-NCR region. The role involves managing comprehensive human resource functions to support recruitment, employee engagement, administrative duties, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing candidates, resume screening, conducting preliminary interviews, and facilitating the overall hiring cycle.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and orientation to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Manage payroll operations, salary processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and maintain all employee-related documentation.
- Maintain confidential employee records, HR files, and uphold the integrity of personnel data.
- Address employee relations matters, resolve work-related issues professionally, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee lifecycle processes such as issuing Letters of Intent, appointment and confirmation letters, promotions, salary revisions, transfers, exits, and final settlements.
- Support in disciplinary procedures, resignations, terminations, and various HR administrative responsibilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, labor legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare HR reports, management information systems (MIS), and ensure precise record-keeping.
- Plan and organize training and professional development initiatives.
- Monitor HR operational budgets including recruitment expenses and employee welfare costs.
- Conduct workplace safety awareness sessions, organize drills, assess risks, and update emergency protocols accordingly.
- Perform additional HR and administrative duties as delegated by management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Sound understanding of recruitment processes, payroll management, labor laws, and HR practices.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Office, and familiarity with HRMS platforms is advantageous.
- High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
