About the Role

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) delivers comprehensive, value-driven solutions spanning the entire asset lifecycle. They are currently seeking a Saudi National to fill the position of HR Supervisor based in Rabigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel, transportation, and lodging arrangements for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Manage service requests and maintain liaison with vendors such as transportation providers, accommodation services, and relocation support.
  • Oversee tracking and follow-up on deliveries, shipments, and service contracts to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain proper inventory control for HR and office-related supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with procurement departments to process requisitions, issue purchase orders, and facilitate payments linked to service contracts.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and interface between HR, administrative, and operational teams.
  • Handle all personnel and company information with strict confidentiality safeguards.
  • Implement and enforce compliance with safety protocols including safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and use of personal protective equipment following SATORP standards.
  • Promote reporting culture for near misses, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts.
  • Engage actively in safety audits and participate in scheduled safety and technical training sessions.
  • Support and contribute to company events, training programs, and workshops.
  • Manage insurance-related administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with Workday HR systems.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a High School education, or at least 3 years with a Diploma qualification.
  • Strong organizational skills combined with a proactive approach and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership capacity in large organizational environments.
  • Ability to make sound judgments under pressure and effectively resolve issues.
  • Capability to achieve business outcomes while working in a diverse, multicultural setting.
